Garrison Cabin: The Durango Room

A spacious room below the "Gunflint" which has walls paneled in locally-harvested pine, and a nine-foot ceiling which gives it a feel of openness, and an eight-foot wide wooden deck with a clear view of the Story Inn's century-old barn. Queen-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, spacious bathroom with tub and shower, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Mr. Garrison's view of the Second Amendment is also much in evidence, as well as the family's affiinity for the mountains, skiing, big game hunting and the grand , rugged style of Western living.

Addenda:
The price above is exclusive of taxes and based upon double occupancy. There is a charge of $15.00 for each additional person, not to exceed the maximum occupancy of the room, as noted. Children ten and under who do not need bedding are free.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m., and check-out by 11:00 a.m., unless you make other arrangements with us.

We permit dogs in the Garrison Cabin at a charge of $10.00 per pet, per night. Sorry, we cannot permit cats, due to allergies.

If you intend to enjoy breakfast with us, you may purchase a “Bed & Breakfast Package” at $7.50/person, which will enable you to order any food and beverage from the regular breakfast menu (except for alcoholic beverages). You may order the “Bed & Breakfast Package” by calling (800) 881-1183, or requesting it at the time you check in.
