Hoosier Cuisine Gone Wild! Wine Dinner September 7

“The Nuncio”, upon the authority of a “Pontifical Bull” issued by Dr. Allen Dale (“Ole”) Olson a/k/a the “Pontiff of Palate”, will be presiding over the "Hoosier Cuisine Gone Wild" Wine Dinner on Friday, September 7.

We’ll be sampling one white, two reds, one blush, and one dessert wine, all medalists from the 2012 Indiana Wine Fair. Our new chef, Justin Waterman, has prepared a menu made entirely of Indiana-sourced foods.

We immodestly proclaim this dinner to represent the best that Hoosier cuisine has to offer.   Uncorking will be at 7:00 p.m., seating limited to 30, by reservation: (812) 988-2273. The price will be a paltry $85/person, which will include all taxes and gratuities.
