Blue House Retail Space Available

We are seeking to rent the front portion of the "Blue House" to one or more bona fide Indiana artists.  This space consists of approximately 750 square feet, in a prime location across from the parking lot.  Every guest arriving by motor vehicle must walk past the Blue House. 

Historically, the Blue House has been a tack shop, so its value as a retail space is well-known.  We will consider renting only to Indiana artists.  We are only seeking a short-tem lease, April through November.  The rent will include all utilities, as well as a telephone.
