Over the course of the past week, we were laboring under the combined handicaps of no phone, fax, Internet or credit card processing services. It was the eleventh time that our T-1 line had gone down since January.
We called AT&T, our provider, numerous times to report the problem. We were compelled to do so from Verizon cell phones; AT&T does not have towers down here. We found AT&T not to be responsive to our problem.
On July 20, our good friend Greg Garrison blasted AT&T on his morning talk show on WIBC-FM. That got AT&T's attention, and ultimately the results we needed.
We are once again connected into humanity's collective consciousness.
