6oz. Black Angus filet served with a mushroom hunters sauce, mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.

6oz. Black Angus Filet served with 3 U-15 shrimp atop of angel hair pasta with a lemon butter garlic, caper sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Pan-seared Indiana duck breast served with topped with green tomato chutney, charred onion petals, and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Thinly sliced eggplant breaded and fried in olive oil, spiced with basil and oregano, baked, and layered in homemade marinara sauce, mozzarella and fresh parmesan.
Three pan seared U-10 Sea Scallops topped with garlic, capers, red onions, butter and white wine; served with angel hair pasta and fresh seasonal vegetables.
