Price: $45/person, plus tax and gratuity.*

Bread:

Your choice of: Baguettes with herbed butter, or wheat rolls with maple butter.


Appetizer:

Your choice of TWO of the following: Horseradish deviled farm eggs, or Capriole Farms goat cheese toast points, or fresh seasonal fruit tray, or fresh domestic and imported cheese tray, or hot artichoke dip with assorted crackers, or fried green tomato BLT's, or country ham and sharp cheddar on mini biscuits.


Salad:

Your choice of: Story Salad (mixed greens, fresh seasonal fruit, roasted shallot vinaigrette), appropriate cheese, or spinach salad (spinach, warm bacon dressing).


Starch:

Your choice of: Garlic chive Yukon mashers, or herbed roasted new potatoes, or mixed wild rice, or roasted root vegetables.


Vegetable:

Sautee of fresh, local, seasonal vegetables.


Entree:

Our vegetarian dish, plus your choice of: Local chicken with leeks and wild mushrooms, or stuffed Indiana pork loin, or shaved Angus prime rib, or Maple Leaf Farms duck breast, or halibut with baby tomato and fennel ragout, or chicken, beef or shrimp satay with peanut sauce.

 

Check out "The Figaro," at $35/person and "The Pastoral," at $55/person. 

* Menu only. Facility rental, beverages, and additional services are available at an additional charge. This menu is only offered buffet-style to groups of 100 or more.
