Wilkerson Homestead Back

This quiet and surprisingly roomy cottage was completely renovated in 2008. It has a large living room with a new queen-sized sleeper sofa, convenience sink, coffee maker, microwave oven, and a small refrigerator, with braided rugs covering locally-harvested hardwood floors. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and dissolves seamlessly into a retro-style bathroom with a large whirlpool tub surrounded by ceramic tile and glass brick. This cottage has a covered porch, making it ideal for couples as well as small families. The cottage can open up to the west (front) side, to accommodate larger families or groups.

The price above is exclusive of taxes and based upon double occupancy. There is a charge of $15.00 for each additional person, not to exceed the maximum occupancy of the room, as noted. Children ten and under who do not need bedding are free.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m., and check-out by 11:00 a.m., unless you make other arrangements with us.

We permit dogs in the Wilkerson Back Cottage at a charge of $10.00 per pet, per night. Sorry, we cannot permit cats, due to allergies.

If you intend to enjoy breakfast with us, you may purchase a “Bed & Breakfast Package” at $9/person, which will enable you to order any food and beverage from the regular breakfast menu (except for alcoholic beverages). You may order the “Bed & Breakfast Package” by calling (800) 881-1183, or requesting it at the time you check in.
